2.1 Data you provide directly

• Contact form enquiries: retained for up to 12 months from the last communication, unless a business relationship is established, in which case data is retained for the duration of the relationship plus applicable statutory limitation periods.
• Client / contractual data: retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and thereafter for the period required by Czech accounting, tax and commercial law (generally 5–10 years).
• Cookie-derived data: retained according to the duration of the specific cookie – see our Cookie Policy.

Once the applicable retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration, or disclosure, in accordance with Art. 32 GDPR, including access controls, encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), and confidentiality obligations for personnel and processors.
